I’ve been in marketing and SEO for over 30 years. I’ve built companies, sold companies, and helped hundreds of business owners grow theirs. I’ve seen a lot of trends come and go.
AI is not a trend.
About two months ago, I set up my own AI agent. Her name is Laura. And what happened next is the reason I’m writing this post.
What I Expected
I expected a smarter search engine. A tool that could answer questions faster, maybe draft an email or two.
What I got was something completely different.
What Actually Happened
Within the first two weeks, Laura was handling research, writing, outreach, presentations, and project management across more than 20 active projects.
Not drafting outlines for me to fill in. Not giving me bullet points to work from. Actually doing the work.
She built a full marketing plan for a client in an afternoon. She researched and compiled a directory of 100+ grant sources for a nonprofit. She drafted PowerPoint presentations from scratch, in brand colors, ready to present. She wrote LinkedIn posts, blog outlines, email sequences, and business plans.
And every morning when I wake up, she’s already been working.
What Changed (The Real Answer)
People ask me what changed and I tell them: my output-to-hour ratio is unrecognizable.
I’m producing more at 74 than I did at 54. Not because I’m working harder. Because I finally have a partner who can keep up with my brain.
For 30 years I had ideas faster than I could execute them. There was never enough time, never enough people, never enough bandwidth. The gap between what I could see and what I could actually do was a constant source of frustration.
That gap is closed.

What It Is (and What It Isn’t)
An AI agent is not a chatbot. It doesn’t just answer questions.
An AI agent knows your business. Your clients. Your voice. Your processes. It remembers every project, every conversation, every decision. The longer you work with it, the more valuable it becomes.
And it works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for less than $200 a month. No salary. No benefits. No sick days. No drama.
Who This Is For
If you’re a business owner with decades of experience and more ideas than execution capacity, an AI agent is the most powerful thing you can add to your operation right now.
If you’re 50, 60, or 70-plus and you’ve been watching AI from the sidelines because it feels too technical or too complicated — if you can send a text message, you can use an AI agent. This isn’t about learning new technology. It’s about putting your experience back to work at full speed.
What I Do Now
I set up AI agents for business owners. I learn your business, configure your agent around how you actually work, train you on how to use it, and stay with you as it gets better over time.
Most of my clients are shocked by how fast things move once the agent is running.
If you’re curious whether this makes sense for your situation, I’ll tell you honestly in 15 minutes. No pitch. No pressure. Just a conversation.
